SCiO operates in an open learning environment, developing collaborative knowledge by sharing methodologies, tools and applications of systems and cybernetics in organisations. SCiO aims to enable practitioners and researchers in the field, to work more effectively. SCiO operates in a democratic and participative context and expects new members to share these basic principles.

SCiO members can attend our Development Meetings (see the Meetings page) to discuss their particular issues and areas of interest. SCiO members pay reduced rates for Professional Development courses (currently £20 as against £50). SCiO members have access to other SCiO members through our online members forum and also receive the SCiO Newsletter.
